Your organisation and your employees must have ready access to competent advice or have a dedicated competent person to enable you to meet the requirements of health and safety law.

We can support your business for all aspects of health and safety, be part of the team, effectively an employee without the salary and additional administration.

Our consultants are experienced and fully qualified to take on this role. We hold NEBOSH qualifications and are members of both IOSH and the Association of Project Safety.

We understand that some businesses not large enough to justify or afford to pay for a dedicated in-house safety manager, however we can fulfil this requirement via our Competent Safety Advisor service.

With our Health and Safety Retainer Service, you can name us as your retained Safety Advisors or ‘Competent Persons’ who help and assist you to fulfil your statutory duties under Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.

A copy of your named Safety Advisors corporate CV which can be used when tendering for contracts, completing H&S Questionnaires or completing pre-qualification questionnaires etc.

Bespoke health and equality, environmental and equality policies.

A review of your existing Health and Safety Policy and Procedures manual.

Accident Investigation.

Access via email or telephone for competent health and safety advice during office hours from your dedicated Health and Safety Professional.

Assistance in accident reporting to enforcing authorities.

Details of any relevant changes in Health and Safety legislation.

Health and safety information sheets.
